A two part set of lecture notes is available for purchase at the University Copy Centre. Cost is approximately $9.00 and $22.50 for Part I and II respectively.
The first part of the lecture notes (107 Pages) forms the basis of the material covered in lectures. The second part of the lecture notes (322 Pages) forms the appendices and contains reference material from various sources that will be referred to in lectures.
