2.3.3 Compensating NMOS strength & PMOS weakness

PMOS inadequate-ness can be rectified through increasing the width of the PMOS transistor to make it stronger. You can do this by double clicking on the “W_p” variable in the bottom left hand corner of the window and try increasing the size of this value in increments of 0.3u (refer to screenshot 12). You will find an ideal value of the PMOS width which will give you an approximately crossing around 2.5V (refer to screenshot 13).
