MICROSOFT Software under the MSDNAA Agreement Available to Students & Staff
All of the software licensed under the MSDNAA Program is available for students, faculty and staff at their convenience. Go to http://msdn70.e-academy.com/ele_ele/ and click on the Software tab to see the current listing of software.

In order to obtain and install the software from MSDNAA site, you must be an eligible user in the System. The Program Administrator in the school is responsible for providing eligible users with a username and password. If you believe you are an eligible user but have not received a password via email, please send email to your Program Administrator.

Available to Students & Staff
  is an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) available for professional developers that encompasses all the development components necessary for the full PHP application lifecycle.
Through a comprehensive set of editing, debugging, analysis, optimization and database tools, Zend Studio 4 speeds development cycles and simplifies complex projects.

University Licensed Software
University Site Licenses Available to Students & Staff
The University holds site licenses that sometimes allow software to be installed by "registered students of the University of Sydney". When your association with the University of Sydney is finished you will need to purchase your own license, unless you are covered by another organisations site license for these software packages.

University wide Software Licenses Available to Staff
ICT is responsible for the management of University wide software licenses (for example the Select or Caudit agreements and can also arrange for the purchasing of discounted software licenses for common software.

Microsoft Sofware under CAUDIT and SELECT Agreements
Microsoft desktop, application, system and training software is supplied to members of staff under the CAUDIT and SELECT Agreements signed between Microsoft, our Large Agreement Reseller (Simply International) and the University. Under these agreements staff are permitted to install any of the covered products on to any University owned or leased machine, lab machines and machines used by staff at their place of work. Software available under the CAUDIT agreement can be installed on staff owned or leased machines under the "Work at Home" provisions of the Agreement.
