Introduction to the Function Generator

• In the laboratory the device we use to produce A.C. signals of various types is called the Waveform or Function Generator.
• For those that feel comfortable using a Function Generator and only require help with a few specific problems a "clickable" schematic of the Function Generator is shown below, so you can just "click" on the area of the schematic that requires explanation.
• Now if you know very little about the Function Generator itself then it may be best to use the menu below to learn about the Function Generator from the beginning.
